Set-up Charge is $40.00 per color. 

Shipping is additional at cost.  Sales tax if applicable is due based on the 'ship to' county sales tax rate.  Typically we only collect sales tax for deliveries within the state of GA. Prices are subject to change, however no order or charges will be billed or charged to a customer without approval in advance.

Additional charges such as shipping are charged upon completion of the order.
